The following are the most common problems that users have logging in. If you are still unable to login after reviewing these tips, please contact a MyLifeBrand support specialist and provide whatever login details you know (e.g., registered email address, password, public URL address).

If you are getting a message that says your login name is not recognized, please make sure you are using the correct email address that you used when registering. If you don’t remember your email address, please click on the “I forgot my registered email address.” Fill out the requested information and you will be notified of your email address and then proceed to sign in.

If you are getting a message saying that there is a bad user name and password combination, you may be typing in the wrong password. Click on the “forgot password” link and your password will be emailed to you.

The password is case sensitive so make sure that you don’t have ‘CapsLock’ on when typing in your password.

If you try to login to your account and you receive a message that says “You’re account isn’t activate yet” make sure to check your email one more time for your activation. Chances are, your activation email may have ended up in your ‘Junk Mail’ folder. If you can’t find the email, please send an email to support@mylifebrand.com with your user name and MyLifeBrand will promptly activate your profile and email you when it has been activated.

New Navigation

MyLifeBrand has added exciting new navigation that can be customized to the user and by our communities. Rolling the mouse over any of the four main navigation tabs (Community, MyLife, My Websites, and Search) will reveal sub-navigation tabs. The Switch Community navigation has also been upgraded into a very easy to use and engaging design.

Your Life Online

MyLifeBrand allows you to view all of your friends from Bebo, LinkedIn, MySpace and Facebook in one location. From your friends list, you can import your friends from those various networks. We are adding more networks every month. When you click on "All Social Network Friends" you will see all of your friends from all of your networks including their profile picture, name, and location along with the ability to send them a message.

Switch Community Feature

MyLifeBrand allows super easy browsing of all of your communities. Every community has their own unique experience with unique content, challenges, and a directory of their members, so make sure you check out our communities. Users, non profit organizations, companies, musical artists, and sports clubs are creating new communities on our platform every day!

Create Your Own Community

MyLifeBrand lets you create your very own community. You can create a community for your family, business, product, cause or anything you can imagine creating a community around. Our community creation is a no-cost solution, but if you would like customization to your community, please email brittany@mylifebrand.com. Creating your own community allows you to have access to the following standard features (just to name a few):

• - Interactive map of the community members that tracks them based upon their login location or self-described location.
• - Community Media Board for the posting of pictures, videos and text pertaining to your community.
• - TV channel (MyLifeTV) featuring content related to your community.
• - Take the Challenge section providing an area for you to create viral campaigns that encourage community engagement.
• - Programmable Dashboard that can feature web services (e.g., news, calendar, surveys, etc.) that are relevant to your community.

Manage Your Websites

MyLifeBrand allows you to "auto-login" to all of your major networks and browse them from within our platform. This allows for the easy management of all of your major accounts and makes it easier for you to manage. So from one login, you can update your Facebook, LinkedIn and even Amazon accounts.

Robust MyLifeBrand Profile

MyLifeBrand has a very robust profile. You can import all of your Flickr photos and YouTube videos along with any widget. Your "Friends" list has the ability to categorize and filter your friends by family, social and business relationship. You are even able to set permissions regarding which type of relationship has viewing privleges for ANY of your posted content. The MyLifeBrand profile also maps your friends to the location that they are logging in from so that you can always keep track of where your friends are in the world on MyLifeBrand.
